There is limited availability for on site overnight parking for campervan/caravans associated with events at WPNSA. Please be aware that campervan parking will be within a car park or boat park area and therefore the surroundings may not be as picturesque as a traditional campervan site. Whilst basic facilities such as showers, toilets and waste disposal are provided we do not have a shop, laundry or leisure facilities etc on site. There are a number of campervan sites in the Weymouth area if you require a more traditional option.
Please note that if you do not book in advance via the online system we cannot guarantee a space.

ParkingCaravans must park inside the main dinghy park (through gate 4) and campervans should go into the campervan area on the opposite side. All campers/caravans must park inside the yellow marked out areas that are marked by four yellow corners these are 6 meters away from each other which is the legal distance between each van. If they are not within these marked areas they will be asked to move into them by a member of the WPNSA team. All campers will need to come to reception to collect their permit and gain any additional information required. If there are issues through the night you will be able to contact the duty manager between the hours of 17:00-08:00 (01305 866020). Please note that the use of this number is for emergencies only.
Waste DisposalIn the new Members Park/ Campervan Compound, there is a purpose built waste disposal unit. The waste disposal is situated inside the campervan area through the lifting barriers on the right hand side and can be accessed at any time by campervan users. Please ensure you use the facilities provided to keep the surrounding area clean and tidy.
- Children under 10 are only permitted on the premises if accompanied at all times by an adult, who shall be deemed responsible for them.
- Children under 16 must wear buoyancy aids on the pontoons.
- Children or adults are not permitted to walk on the harbour walls.
- Throwing stones in the sea is strictly prohibited. The loose stones adjacent to the sea wall form part of the infrastructure and continuous loss of these will undermine the stability of the seawall.
DogsPlease ensure any dogs are kept on a lead when on site and any mess to be cleared up immediately. Dogs are not permitted inside any of the WPNSA buildings.
ElectricityThere are Electric Hook ups in the new Compound and the Dinghy Park (on a first come first serve basis). Please ensure you bring the correct extension cord with you (Standard Caravan Blue Circular Plug). Please help us in our bid to become more ecologically friendly by not using excessive electricity when on site.
Please note that the electricity points provided have a maximum capacity of 10amps. If individual campervans/caravans try to draw more that 10amps the system will trip and you will be left without electricity until a member of staff can attend to reset the trip switch. This can only be done during normal working hours.
Shower & Toilet FacilitiesThe changing Room corridor is locked from 6pm every evening. The toilet, shower and changing facilities are available 24hours via coded access. This code is 1739.
WaterWater in the dinghy park is ‘Grey Water’ therefore not suitable for drinking or for filling campervan tanks. Drinking water is available from taps situated at: the event hall ramp, R3 hard area and at main service points in the car parks, all clearly labelled ‘Drinking water’.
RecyclingPlease help us maintain our efforts to become ecologically friendly by not wasting water whilst on site.
Please also make use of our new recycling scheme on site and place all rubbish in the relevant bins provided.
