Peter Allam
Peter joined WPNSA in August 2013 fresh from the London 2012 Olympic Games as Sailing Deputy Competition Manager and Paralympic Games Sailing Competition Manager. Tasked with an incredibly diverse daily role on site at WPNSA, Peter uses his knowledge of dinghy and keelboats including Olympic representation at the 1984 and 1992 Games, as well as success in the GBR Admirals Cup to practical use.

Rachel Sadler
Rachel worked at WPNSA for many years and now works remotely as the accountant and company secretary.
Sally Reynoldson
Sally organises the events at WPNSA, liaising with the class associations and the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) on their requirements including volunteers, equipment, facilities, catering etc. In addition, Sally also looks after the WPNSA social media, website and IT support.

Lisa Matthews
Lisa manages all of our functions at the Sailing Academy: wedding ceremonies and receptions, parties, proms, christenings and any other special occasions you may have! - ensuring everything is well organised and delivered to our customers' satisfaction. Alongside this, Lisa also looks after the company bookkeeping.

Nichola Taylor
Nichola looks after the day to day enquiries from our customers and the public, our membership, boat hoist bookings, campervan bookings and lost property. In addition Nichola administers the meeting bookings.

Michelle Yelland
Michelle, along with Nichola, looks after the day to day enquiries from our customers and the public, our membership, boat hoist bookings, campervan bookings and lost property. In addition Michelle is responsible for administering all the squad training.
