Portland Harbour Dues Declaration
- If Portland Harbour Dues are purchased through WPNSA, your contact information, boat details and harbour dues number will be shared with Portland Port Authority Ltd. Unfortunately, if you do not consent for your details to be forwarded on to Portland Port Authority Ltd, we are unable to process your Harbour Dues request.
Privacy Notice
Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy (WPNSA) collects personal information from membership forms which is stored in our membership database. WPNSA will only use your details to contact you with relevant site information or about your membership. Personal details will be added to a WPNSA database and we will ask for your details to be updated at the start of every membership year. If your details do change during the membership year, please keep WPNSA updated. If you choose not to renew your WPNSA membership, personal details will be kept for three years from the termination of your membership. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you, and the right to ask us to erase any details that we hold about you by contacting us using the details at the bottom of the page. Please be aware that by asking WPNSA to erase your personal details, your membership will be terminated.
Declaration
I have read, understand and agree to the privacy notice above and will abide by the rules and regulations of WPNSA Ltd. and Portland Harbour Authority Limited and confirm that I have at least £2,000,000 third party liability insurance cover for any single incident. WPNSA cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to member’s property, craft, or vehicle. These are left entirely at your own risk.
